# **Video Testimonial:** “Completely Blown Away by AIC Roofing & Construction”

When Julie Green needed a [new roof](https://aicroofing.com/new-roof-installation/), a neighbor’s consult introduced her to AIC Roofing & Construction. Hi, my name is Julie Green. How did I hear about AIC? I ran into them with one of our neighbors. They were doing a consult with one of the neighbors, and we were in the market to [get a new roof](https://aicroofing.com/top-3-warning-signs-that-you-need-a-new-roof/).

It was fantastic. They blew us away and exceeded all of our expectations. Communication was incredible. We had one issue that they brought to our attention before we even brought it to theirs. I just can’t say enough good things about them.

Somebody was always there. That was the thing that we really appreciated. Regardless of what [portion of the project](https://aicroofing.com/your-roof-replacement-timeline/) we were in, we always had somebody that we could contact that day or leading up to the day. It didn’t matter what was going on, we always knew that we had somebody that we could call. So AIC’s communication and customer service was the thing that we really liked the most about them.

The work was fantastic, obviously, but like I said before, if we needed something at any point, day or night, we got an answer. In fact, during a holiday, we had a question and got an immediate answer, and even had a representative come to our house to make sure that everything was [completed appropriately and in the right manner](https://aicroofing.com/what-roof-replacement-includes/).

We were having family coming over that day for the holiday, and we were concerned because there were still some things in the driveway since they were in the middle of the project. They wanted our holiday to go smoothly, so they came over the morning of a holiday, removed the debris, removed the dumpster that was in the front, and then replaced it after. That was going above and beyond.

I’ve been recommending AIC to others.
