Meet the AIC Roofing Team

Blaine is the founder and President of AIC and is the person most responsible for providing the vision, core values, and direction for the company. He is a graduate of UK and grew up in central Kentucky. Blaine lives in Nicholasville with his wife Jessica and their six children, Ben, Charlie, Lizzie, Michael, John, and Mary. Blaine enjoys reading, fishing, and spending time hiking around Kentucky with his family. He is an active member of Clays Mill Baptist Church and is a direct descendant of the Hatfields from the Hatfields and McCoys feud.

Asher is the General Manager of AIC and manages the day-to-day operations, providing oversight and guidance to the rest of the team. Asher came to AIC with a background in construction. He loves learning, and enjoys working in the roofing trade. He actively volunteers with the Shishya Society, helping to design buildings and infrastructure. In his spare time, Asher enjoys spending time with his family, reading, working with metal (mild steel and aluminum), and cycling. In 2008, Asher cycled solo across India.

Grant loves interacting with AIC customers and building relationships! He’s a husband and father who loves spending time with his family. Grant enjoys being outside and working on his house! When he’s not on the job, he’s an avid hunter and fisherman. His prized possession is his summer garden, which somehow expands every year!

John is originally from Chicago, Illinois, but moved to Kentucky in 2017 for school. He graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 2019, and worked as a Department Manager of Lumber and Building at Lowe’s in Richmond. John loves to solve problems and meet new people. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, watching sports, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.

Ricka is originally from eastern Kentucky, but she’s lived in the central part of the state for most of her life. Her favorite part of working at AIC is making sure everyone is taken care of, customers and coworkers alike. Ricka loves to spend time with her husband, Michael, and her daughters and grandkids! She loves to work on home renovation projects and decorating, and she has a lowkey obsession with houseplants!

Brandon joined our team in early January of 2023! Brandon’s favorite part of his job is bringing innovative ideas to help strengthen the company. His hometown is Lexington, Kentucky. Brandon’s favorite way to spend his time is with his wife & kids. One of his hobbies is playing baseball and being involved with the South Lexington Youth Baseball Organization. Something unique about Brandon is that he does not have or use any social media!

Taylor is passionate about taking care of people She is a mom and wife and loves to learn new things. Treating people with kindness and respect is important to Taylor, and it shows in her work at AIC!

Kristina’s favorite thing at work is making sure the customer has a great impression of the company through the first interaction. Outside of work, she loves taking care of her dog Ruby, travelling, spending time with friends and family, and making the most out of life. Kristina works in the Louisville office.

 

Marty has been working in construction for years installing siding and metal wrap. In his free time, he enjoys playing pool, fishing, and riding motorcycles. He is one with a big heart who is willing to help others.

Todd got into roofing through AIC and has embraced the opportunity to learn the trade. His favorite part is meeting new people and helping them solve problems. Todd lives in Richmond with his wife Crystal and their four children: Riley, Luke, James, and Allie. He loves spending time with his family and following sports in the UK. Spending time on the family farm is one of his favorite past times. Todd is also part of the Salem Christian Church.

AJ joined the AIC team in July of 2022. He is passionate about making customers happy and is an awesome addition to our AIC team! AJ grew up on a farm in Indiana, has a background in landscaping, and loves working outside. When he’s not working, he loves to spend time with his family or on one of his many outdoor hobbies, including bowhunting, archery, taxidermy, and fishing!

 

Joey joined the AIC team in early January of 2023! Joey likes being able to do something different daily & enjoys the company of his coworkers. Olive Hill, KY is his hometown. His hobbies include fishing and sports card collecting. One of his favorite ways to spend time is doing new things with his wife and two kids. Joey is involved in a few organizations including Wounded Warrior, DAV (Disabled American Veterans), and VFW. A fun fact not many people know about Joey is that he has been to more foreign countries than he has states in the US!

Brad has been part of the AIC team since June 2022! He loves interacting with customers and making their homes look beautiful. Brad was born and raised in Falmouth, KY. Drag Racing is a big hobby of his. Another favorite way to spend his free time is traveling to new places with his wife, Renee. One fun fact about Brad is that he has flown single engine Cessna planes!

Chris has lived in central Kentucky his whole life, and now lives in Frankfort with his wife Leslie and their daughter Leah. They attend Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church. He started in the construction business selling cabinets and countertops at the wholesale level when he was just out of high school. He worked for a home builder in the area as a purchasing agent, and spent years after that working for a local supplier for exterior building products as a sales associate before coming to AIC. He is a lifetime Alabama Football and UK Basketball fan and loves spending time with family and friends watching and going to games. He spends Friday nights during high school football season doing play by play for his local radio station. He has spent years as a volunteer and coach for many youth programs in Frankfort.

Andrew joined the AIC team at the beginning of 2023! Andrew is detail oriented which makes him great at his job. He grew up in Columbus, Georgia and got his nickname of “Perkins” from playing sports. Andrew loves to spend time with his family and getting outside. One of his favorite things to do is to practice his golf game.

Santos started learning about roofing when he was looking for work. After friends showed him what was involved, he was hooked. He likes every part of working at AIC and is excited to be working on roofs. Santos and his wife, Catharine, stay busy with their children. They like to spend time together doing all kinds of fun activities.

 

Landon joined our team in early January of 2023! His favorite part of the job is being active and learning something new every day. Landon is from Frankfort, KY. His hobbies include working out, hanging out with friends, and golfing. His favorite way to spend time is preparing a nice meal and watching a movie. Landon is also part of the KY Realtors organization.

Lucas loves coming to work everyday and being a part of AIC’s wonderful team. He is a hard working, honest person. Some of his favorite things are being active and doing stuff outside. He loves his family and friends and having a good time. Lucas works in the Louisville office.

 

Lance has spent the majority of his 35 years in the central bluegrass area. He has vast intrests that range from Astronomy to zoology. He enjoys meeting new people, going new places, helping people with their roofing problems, hanging out with family, taking care of his dog , and spending time with his spouse.

 

Ryan is originally from Nicholasville, KY and now resides in Lexington. He is married to his wife Daedra, and has two beautiful children, Jake and Callie. He and his family attend Southland Christian Church. Ryan comes from a construction background and enjoys working with new people everyday. He values all of his customers, and takes pride in having the opportunity to solve problems for them ensuring that they and their families are protected under a roof they can be confident in.

Justin is a lifelong Kentuckian and loves the construction and roofing industry. He loves to learn and prides himself on being able to solve tricky leaks, and helping people resolve roof problems. He enjoys spending time with his family and even coaches his daughter’s soccer team. Justin volunteers for church activities and enjoys attending Kentucky football games. Justin volunteers for Toyota Bluegrass Miracle League, AIYSA, and FCC Lawrenceburg. He also likes to play hockey.

As a Roofing Consultant, Davis takes pride in putting people in better positions and seeing the refreshing views from roofs. He also enjoys spending time with family, playing basketball, and enjoying the great outdoors. He has always loved learning new things and growing as a person.
