Meet the AIC Roofing Team

Blaine is the founder and President of AIC and is the person most responsible for providing the vision, core values, and direction for the company. He is a graduate of UK and grew up in central Kentucky. Blaine lives in Nicholasville with his wife Jessica and their seven children, Ben, Charlie, Lizzie, Michael, John, Mary, and Samuel. Blaine enjoys reading, fishing, and spending time hiking around Kentucky with his family. He is an active member of Clays Mill Baptist Church and is a direct descendant of the Hatfields from the Hatfields and McCoys feud.

Asher is the General Manager of AIC and manages the day-to-day operations, providing oversight and guidance to the rest of the team. Asher came to AIC with a background in construction. He loves learning, and enjoys working in the roofing trade. He actively volunteers with the Shishya Society, helping to design buildings and infrastructure. In his spare time, Asher enjoys spending time with his family, reading, working with metal (mild steel and aluminum), and cycling. In 2008, Asher cycled solo across India.

Grant loves interacting with AIC customers and building relationships! He’s a husband and father who loves spending time with his family. Grant enjoys being outside and working on his house! When he’s not on the job, he’s an avid hunter and fisherman. His prized possession is his summer garden, which somehow expands every year!

Joey joined the AIC team in early January of 2023! Joey likes being able to do something different daily & enjoys the company of his coworkers. Olive Hill, KY is his hometown. His hobbies include fishing and sports card collecting. One of his favorite ways to spend time is doing new things with his wife and two kids. Joey is involved in a few organizations including Wounded Warrior, DAV (Disabled American Veterans), and VFW. A fun fact not many people know about Joey is that he has been to more foreign countries than he has states in the US!

Brandon joined our team in early January of 2023! Brandon’s favorite part of his job is bringing innovative ideas to help strengthen the company. His hometown is Lexington, Kentucky. Brandon’s favorite way to spend his time is with his wife & kids. One of his hobbies is playing baseball and being involved with the South Lexington Youth Baseball Organization. Something unique about Brandon is that he does not have or use any social media!

Kristina’s favorite thing at work is making sure the customer has a great impression of the company through the first interaction. Outside of work, she loves taking care of her dog Ruby, travelling, spending time with friends and family, and making the most out of life.

Rylea is from Minnesota and is our Marketing Manager. She's been with AIC for 5 years and her favorite thing about being part of the AIC team is the way they consistently go above and beyond for each other and their customers. Like many people on the team, she’s passionate about helping people. When she’s not working, Rylea loves to play piano and any type of game.

Ryan is originally from Nicholasville, KY and now resides in Lexington. He is married to his wife Daedra, and has two beautiful children, Jake and Callie. He and his family attend Southland Christian Church. Ryan comes from a construction background and enjoys working with new people everyday. He values all of his customers, and takes pride in having the opportunity to solve problems for them ensuring that they and their families are protected under a roof they can be confident in.

Hailing from Richmond, Kentucky, Todd Reynolds brings passion and dedication to everything he does—both at work and in his personal life. A proud father of four (Riley, Luke, James, and Allie) and husband to his wonderful wife, Crystal, Todd is a family man through and through. When he's not working with AIC, you'll find Todd leading songs at Salem Christian Church or cheering on UK's football and basketball teams. His favorite part about working at AIC is the chance to help people solve problems and make a real difference in their homes. Owning a Corvette is high on Todd’s bucket list, but until then, he's cruising through life with a heart full of gratitude and a focus on serving others.

Lucas loves coming to work everyday and being a part of AIC’s wonderful team. He is a hard working, honest person. Some of his favorite things are being active and doing stuff outside. He loves his family and friends and having a good time.

Originally from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Brad now lives in Lexington, Kentucky with his wife and kids! We asked Brad what his favorite thing about AIC is, and he responded: “We are a company of integrity and consistency. That is super important in the trade world because so many people don’t honor their commitments and don’t show up when they say they will. We’re here to change that stereotype!” In his free time, Brad likes to fly drones, play hockey, and travel. He also has a motorcycle!

Born in Lexington, KY, and raised in Bristol, TN, Josh Pruner is a veteran with a passion for teamwork and adventure. He loves the camaraderie at AIC Roofing & Construction and takes pride in providing top-quality service. An avid traveler, Josh has visited 40 states and countless National Parks, with a goal to see all 50 states, step in every ocean, and explore every continent. When he’s not working, you’ll find him at a baseball game or any sporting event, always chasing new experiences.

Originally from Covington, Taylor now lives in Irvine, Kentucky! His favorite thing about AIC is the team driven atmosphere. When he’s not working, Taylor enjoys spending time with his family and anything related to computers, Star Wars, or Harry Potter. A fun fact about Taylor: he has 4 brothers and 4 sisters! Someday, Taylor hopes to travel the United States.

Davis takes pride in putting people in better positions and seeing the refreshing views from roofs, which is what makes him a great installation manager! He enjoys spending time with family, playing basketball, and enjoying the great outdoors. He has always loved learning new things and growing as a person.

Santos started learning about roofing when he was looking for work. After friends showed him what was involved, he was hooked. He likes every part of working at AIC and is excited to be working on roofs. Santos and his wife, Catharine, stay busy with their children. They like to spend time together doing all kinds of fun activities.

Marty has been working in construction for years installing siding and metal wrap. In his free time, he enjoys playing pool, fishing, and riding motorcycles. He is one with a big heart who is willing to help others.

Originally from South Africa, Abraham moved to the Louisville area and works from our Louisville office. When he’s not at work, he likes to process meat following the South African culture, and he makes jerky, jerky sticks, and different flavored brats. He also loves to spend time with his family, and his wife is an excellent baker! Someday he wants to take his family back to South Africa to visit the Kruger National Park. His favorite thing about the AIC team is “how humble everybody is and how they’re always willing to help and support each other.”
