I heard about AIC just through Google. I had some roofing problems, some leaks in my kitchen originally. This house is 100 years old, so she’s cute, but needed some work. So I did some searching and I found some reviews, and that’s when I contacted AIC just for more information.

My experience with AIC has been great, especially because — like I said, this is my first house, first time I have done any of this — I didn’t really know what to expect, because you always hear horror stories about people trying to sell you on things. And it’s just me, so I wasn’t really sure how it was going to go. But they had a salesperson come out and he chatted with me. He was great. He was really kind. And I think what I really appreciated is they went through everything, every step of the way. If I had any questions, it was really easy to follow up.

What stood out most about working with AIC is the turnaround time. My roof was in really, really bad shape. We had a lot of conversations before they even came out to actually do the work about how the price might be different depending on the roof itself. I ended up needing a ton of work, but it took only like two weeks for it to come around, and it ended up being great.

The communication aspect with AIC was amazing. From the time they came in to give me a quote to actually being fixed up, plus any follow-up information, took less than two weeks I think. But what was great is during the day of, I didn’t actually have to be here, so I could stay at work. I didn’t have to take time off. And they also sent me follow-up information during the day with pictures and things like that. So that was really helpful.

I would definitely recommend AIC to others, especially because the communication, the turnaround, and I thought it was a fair price.
