On-site Project Manager
All our projects have an on-site project manager who is the single contact person and handles all issues, coordination, and concern resolution. The manager also performs quality control at the end of the project to ensure it is satisfactory.
Prioritizing Residents and Their Needs
AIC is different because we incorporate different perspectives (the property management, residents, and roof installation and repair teams) when coming up with our project plans.
Before embarking on a project, we identify the needs of the property management and residents to come up with a plan of action. Construction work is loud, messy, and disruptive. Hence, we try to do all our jobs as quickly and smoothly as we can.

Communicating in Advance and Throughout the Project
We communicate to residents before we start work – sometimes up to a month or more (unless it’s an emergency). We also send multiple reminders in the days leading up to the start of the actual roofing work. We try to use different communication methods to reach as many residents as possible, including text messages, voice messages, community meetings, and fliers near mailboxes.
We keep communicating with residents until the end of the project and keep our lines open for feedback and inquiries.
Setting Realistic Standards
We set realistic standards in all our projects and remain upfront about everything with the building management and residents. For example, we communicate with residents about possible parking disruptions, alternate entrances, loud construction noises, leaks, and debris.
