Schedule a free inspection of your project! All parts of the roofing system will be examined during this inspection. A leak is the first sign of a problem, but the leak could be caused by problems that can’t be seen from the ground. Our
consultants will always be completely honest with you in their recommendations about if your roof needs to be replaced or if the problem could be fixed with a repair.

It will depend on the size of the repair, but we likely will not be able to make the repair on the same day as the inspection. This is because we will probably need to order materials to make sure the fix will match your existing roofing system as closely as possible. Our team works hard to make sure every problem is resolved as quickly as possible!

No, you don’t! We do not require anyone to be on the property on the day of the repair.

Probably not. In most cases, it’s difficult to find a perfect match. Even if we can get the exact same color of the exact same material you have, it probably won’t match any more because of fading and age of the material. Materials also get discontinued, so in some cases the same material may not be available. In every situation, our consultants will do their absolute best to help you find the material that will match the best!

We warranty our repairs for 1 year. This warranty also depends on the age and
condition of the roof at the time of the repair, so be sure to ask your consultant for more accurate expectations!

This depends entirely on the scope of the project!

Make sure to move any outdoor furniture away from the house and cover
anything in your attic that might be important, as sometimes dust and debris can get into your attic during a roof repair. Also, while we do our best to prevent this, after the repair is complete, it’s common for some debris to come through the downspouts of your gutters during the next couple rainstorms.
